Something New (C. F. Blumhardt)

It is my fervent hope that we Christians will not be forever
stuck in our Christianity. Look for something new; for a life
in God. Look for God's spirit in everyone you meet.

Peace Forever,
Firacub.

hi de.ville,
We dont need a religion to believe in God. Its him that we pray to in every respect. Be it as a Hindu, Muslim, Sikh or Christian. These lines have been drawn by us for our own selfish needs. If there should be a religion then let it be called 'humanity'. For we all are equal in front of him, so why there be a difference in this world.

Peace,
Firacub.

that's such a remarkable comment fira...and hats off to chikka too! I hate people who try to force others into their 'religions'...when I look at them I feel they are an ignorant bunch...so ignorant in their own search for knowledge and the truth...what a catastrophe! Th truth is you...look at yourself...look into your heart...what's sort of person YOU are is what your 'religion' is...

religion is not bad
we need religion

religion compels us to do things right
a child has to be tot wat is right in a disciplined organized manner

Christinaity, Jews, and Islam are organized religions to name a few

but Hinduism is interpreted in various ways by various people

Some Hindus use the name of Goddess Lakshmi to worship money

i am sure dat is not the intent
Lakshmi is wealth, not lucre

Christianity (Catholics) gets its interpreations of The Bible from the Pope..no way it can be hijacked by terrorists like Bush

Bush sought the blessings of the Pope b4 he attacked Iraq
He was politely shown the door

Popes have made huge blunders over the years too....
Pithaly is an expert on dis ... he will tell u

both organized and un organized has pros and cons

when in doubt talk to God yourself. He is within u

How selfish to say this? You must belong to one of these religions, obviosuly. This iself shows how organised ur religion is.. No religion is organised if it doesnt teach u to respect all religions.

>but Hinduism is interpreted in >various ways by various people
Every religion is interpreted in various ways by various people just like u have interpreted the above religions according to ur experiences and knowledge...

>both organized and un organized >has pros and cons
Religion is not abt Pros n Cons...it's abt decipline...
